Was looking for an acoustic at the start of the month and decided I wanted a J200 style guitar I have small hands and read that sigma sj200's have quite chunky necks so I decided to ask on the live chat enquired on neck sizes gave examples of guitars I already own which I find easy to play and got a quick and straightforward answer...I bought the epiphone j200 inspired by gibson and it is the best sounding acoustic I have played I took my time to put my review in because I wanted to get to know the guitar before hand how it sounds feels it's features ect. And it's single handedly one of the best guitar purchases I have made, I have bought a few things from them before mainly pedals they always have quick and punctual delivery times especially next day so I would highly recommend them!

Bought an Epiphone Slash model last year and it developed a wiring issue and sent it back and got it back within a week which is a good turn around time! James from GuitarGuitar (I’m guessing the Glasgow store) was very helpful and even got it sent next day delivery for me. Also speaking to him about other guitar related issues and was more than helpful. Give him a bonus!

Had an issue with a guitar I bought from their website. They were extremely helpful, sent a courier to my address to return the item and replaced it within a week. Great customer service.

I have had to cancel a couple of orders and the staff couldn't have been more helpful & efficient.

If I could give zero stars I would. IV been foolish enough to waste thousands of pounds on this greedy chain. All items are max priced and I paid extra cash for a next day delivery which never materialised.Raging

The staff in the Newcastle store were very helpful and knowledgable this is not about them.
I went into store and chose a guitar, the guitar was in stock but in a different store. They said it will be sent out to me and delivered tomorrow. So I took the day off work and waited for the delivery. Guitar came missing the tremolo bar and it hadn’t been set up. When I called the store they said we will get the trem bar to you tomorrow and as for the buzzing and sounds you are getting bring the guitar here and we will set it up for you.

Surely the guitar should have been checked and set up before it was even sent out to me? I had to take another day off today for the trem arm which I missed because the driver came earlier than the text stated. I caught up with the driver a few streets away who refused to give me the package even though I had valid ID on me.

So if I want the guitar working correctly I now have to pay about £30 in petrol and parking just to take it to the shop to get it set up and god knows when I’m going to get this trem bar.

If you visit the store make sure you leave with a guitar do not get a guitar delivered to you. From my review and every other bad review on the company it’s all because of them messing up delivery’s, wrong items, damaged items or incomplete items, avoid and only purchase in store.

I had to cancel an order with GG. Kieron was very helpful, even calling it back from the carrier. The refund was quickly organised.
I've also been impressed with the service I've had in my local store.
They will be getting my business in the future.

When my order arrived it was not only badly damaged but the wrong model. Customer services were very responsive and apologetic, but the courier they promised would collect the return never showed up and when I chased it up they admitted one had never been sent. When the courier eventually did return the guitar, they organised a date for the replacement. When there was no sign of the delivery I chased them up again and again, they admitted nothing had been dispatched. After 2 weeks of this incompetence I've given up and ordered elsewhere, and I doubt I'll ever use guitarguitar again.

Great selection of Guitars and other music equipment at great prices. Free and fast delivery is a big bonus and the technical support is fantastic. Had a manufacturers issue with an amp and the help was instant and thorough. Got my new replacement amp today and it works a dream. Highly recommended!

Excellent price, next day delivery via DPD. I was kept informed every step of the way. DPD gave a 1 hour delivery slot and I was able to track exactly where the driver was. Item was well packaged. Very Happy customer

Bought a new guitar and wee busker amp on Friday at the Edinburgh store, Ali served us and was patient and gave fab advice.
I will defo shop there again and will recommend highly to all who are in the market for such lovely toys!

Traded a guitar as part exchange at Edinburgh store and was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (sorry can't remember names).
Fair price offered on original guitar and a good price on the new one so well chuffed.
Quick and easy service - in and out in 30 minutes including a quick 10 min thrash trying out new guitar.
Wish all my shopping was as enjoyable.
